Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Human Resources professional to join our team in Chandigarh. This is a Full-Time position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience. The HR role involves supporting various human resources activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, among others.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding

  • Maintain and manage HRIS to streamline HR operations and data management
  • Support employee relations and address employee grievances and concerns effectively
