Responsibilities :

 

Building the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing and other lead generation

activities Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships Ensuring all leads

are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers an understanding their requirements.

Handing over qualified leads to sales teams with the objective of closing the sale

Creating and maintaining account lists, contact databases to supplement lead generation efforts 

Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business

Need to have prior experience in a similar role with a solid track record of sales in outbound calling and emailing.

Should have hands on experience in using marketing automation platforms and CRM


Experience in customer service and relationship building are highly desirable 


For Tech Business Must be familiar with technologies like RPA, Machine Learning, speech to Text. Any certification in this would be added advantage.


Other Soft Skills

Should possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

should be proactive, willing to learn and a strong team player .

should be tech savvy and comfortable using a combination of lead nurturing tools.

Essentially a go getter with a keen eye to spot new opportunities in global markets.
