Looking for self-motivated passionate professional to join The Bear House for the post of an E-commerce Associate.

About the company

The Bear House is headquartered in Bangalore, Karnataka. It started its online operations & sales spread across 10 e-commerce platforms 5 years back. It specializes in men’s shirts & it has ranged into other product categories too. It aims to grow its base in the online space & launch its retail presence as well.

Responsibilities

Co-ordinate with marketplace SPOCs to manage day-to-day operations, responsible for all e-commerce activities- cataloging, listing, uploads, discount uploads etc

Assisting with decisions about promotions such as discounted offers, PLA, Ads

Analyzing sales-related data to predict future sales and concomitant stock requirements.

Responsible for developing, managing and reporting marketplace plans and performance to senior management, maintain data

Review customer feedback and marketplace health reporting, ensuring all issues are identified and addressed

Qualifications:

·     Self-motivated with a passion to drive and execute projects to completion

·     Ability to work in fast-paced environment and deliver results within tight deadlines & in demanding situation

·     Advanced MS Excel and understanding of data for decision making

·     Excellent written & verbal communication skills with right attitude

·     Quick learner, high benchmark for quality & attention to detail

·     End-to-end understanding of marketplace e-commerce business

·     Integrity & team player with interpersonal skills

Education/Experience:

• Mandatory 3+ Years working in an e-commerce environment, preferably from garment/fashion background.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Amazon, Flipkart & other marketplaces required.
• Good communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Efficient time management and executional skills
