Responsibilities for sales coordinator

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for a wide variety of sales duties, including:

•  To support the sales team for enduring seamless Customer Communication.
•  Managing sales orders: Processing orders accurately and on time, and ensuring all orders are
• completed correctly
•  To ensure End to End Receivable Management Process.
•  Managing sales materials: Maintaining supplies, creating presentations, and updating sales
• materials & Collaborating with other departments: Working with marketing research, design,
• and financing to optimize sales
•  Prepare, generate and manage reports used by management for pipeline, revenue forecasting,
• analysis, and budgeting
•  collaboration with other departments/Functions ensuring customer satisfaction
•  Managing sales data: Analyzing customer data, tracking sales goals, and presenting reports
