Job Title: Draftsman - CAD

Location: Changodar, Ahmedabad

Qualification: ITI/Diploma/Degree Mechanical

Salary: 17 K-20 K p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

 Create Detailed Drawings: Prepare accurate and detailed technical drawings of tools,

parts, and products using CAD software (SolidWork and AutoCAD) based on engineering

specifications.

 Design Support: Assist the design team in creating 2D and 3D models for tools,

machinery, and other components used in manufacturing.

 Collaborate with Engineers: Work closely with engineers and manufacturing teams to

ensure drawings meet production requirements, quality standards, and deadlines.

 Modify Existing Designs: Review and update existing designs or drawings based on

changes in project specifications or feedback from production teams.

 Documentation: Maintain and organize drawing files, ensuring proper version control

and documentation for future reference.

Requirements:

 Degree/Diploma/ITI-Draftsman, with Experience of 1-2 years in drafting or design within

the manufacturing and tool-making industries.

 Software Proficiency: Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) and other

relevant design tools.

 Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to create precise and

accurate drawings.

 Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both

technical and non-technical teams.

Salary: 17,000 Rs To 20,000 Rs /month

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating detailed mechanical designs is a mandatory skill for this role.
• SolidWorks proficiency is required for additional design tasks to support project requirements. (Mandatory skill)
• A strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles is necessary to understand project specifications thoroughly. (Mandatory skill)
• Prior experience in HVAC system design is essential for the effective execution of mechanical design projects.
• Experience in sheet metal design is required to handle the scope of projects involving such materials.
• Blueprint reading skills are critical to accurately interpret and implement design specifications.
• Familiarity with energy modeling software is beneficial for project efficiency optimization and innovation.
• An ITI certification is required to validate the technical competence for this position.
