Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations based on findings.
• Support in monitoring and managing cash flows, expenses, and revenue.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist in financial forecasting and variance analysis.
• Participate in audits and internal control evaluations.
• Utilize accounting software and tools effectively to streamline processes.

Requirements:

• Recent graduate with an MBA in Finance from a reputable institution.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial analysis techniques.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel for financial modeling and data analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and independently when required.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Internship or academic projects related to finance, accounting, or financial management.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting software.
