Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Junior Laboratory Technician specializing in electronics and electrical domains to join our team in Ahmedabad. Qualifications and Skills

• Proven expertise as a lab technician with hands-on experience in soldering, specific to electronic components (Mandatory skill).
• Completion of ITI or equivalent technical education in Electrical or Electronics (Mandatory skill).
• Experience and proficiency in performing PCR techniques, ensuring accurate and precise test results.
• Ability to use microscopy for component inspection and routine laboratory examinations.
• Knowledge of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) to efficiently handle laboratory data management tasks.
• Strong foundation in electronic principles, components, and circuits, applicable in troubleshooting and maintenance tasks.
• Solid understanding of electrical systems, safe handling procedures, and protocol adherence for laboratory safety.
• Problem-solving skills to identify and rectify issues in electronic and electrical laboratory setups.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct tests and experiments in electronics and electrical domains, ensuring precision and accuracy.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to adhere to safety standards and operational efficiency.
• Perform soldering tasks to build and repair electronic components and circuit boards.
• Document all laboratory activities, ensuring comprehensive and accurate reporting through LIMS.
• Assist in the design and setup of new experimental protocols and optimize existing processes.
• Ensure the laboratory environment complies with safety guidelines to prevent accidents or contamination.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and work on continuous improvement projects.
• Provide technical support and training to junior staff and interns, fostering a culture of learning and development.
