Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and BIM (Mandatory skill) for proficient architectural design and planning.
• Familiarity with Revit to create detailed construction drawings and enhanced model precision.
• Experience in construction drawings to effectively translate design concepts into executable plans.
• Possess 3D Modeling skills to develop comprehensive visual representations of architectural projects.
• Understanding of design development processes to assist in refining innovative architectural concepts.
• Ability to effectively coordinate with project teams, ensuring smooth workflow and timely project execution.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle design challenges with innovative solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of detailed architectural designs and construction drawings.
• Collaborate with senior architects and project teams to refine and enhance design concepts.
• Prepare 3D models and visualizations to aid in project presentations and client meetings.
• Participate in project coordination meetings to ensure adherence to project timelines and goals.
• Ensure that designs comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
