Job Profile : HR Executive
Location : Ahmedabad
Qualification : Bachelor's degree
Salary : 25K-30K CTC P.M
Experience : 1-3 Years
Joining : Immediate OR 10-15 Days
Company timing - 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- End-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, closures)
- Creative sourcing using LinkedIn, job boards, and reference networks
- Improve recruitment TAT and ensure quality hiring
- HR Data Analytics
- Maintain accurate HR dashboards, reports, and metrics
- Analyze employee trends, attrition, and performance indicators
- Support data-driven decision making for management
- Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute engagement activities (festivals, team events, wellness)
- Introduce creative and cost-effective ways to boost morale and culture
- Conduct pulse surveys, analyze feedback, and suggest improvements
- Payroll Support
- Prepare and verify monthly payroll inputs
- Ensure leave records, attendance, and deductions are accurately maintained
- Liaise with finance for payroll execution
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in Recruitment & Engagement
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and MIS skills
- Creative mindset for people initiatives
- Organized, proactive, and excellent with follow-ups
- Good communication (written & verbal) in English
