• Competence in customs clearance to facilitate the smooth import and export of goods across borders.
• Experience or willingness to learn shipment tracking to monitor product movement and ensure timely delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage all export documentation, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
• Coordinate logistics and liaise with shipping companies to ensure smooth shipment processes.
• Communicate with customers to provide updates on shipment status and resolve any queries or issues.
• Process orders from receipt to dispatch, ensuring accurate and timely handling of products.

• Handle customs clearance processes to ensure quick and compliant movement of goods.
• Maintain comprehensive records of export operations and report key metrics to management.
• Monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and address any issues that arise during transit.
