Roles:
We are seeking a driven and dynamic Business Development Candidate to expand Ideolon’s global footprint. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships across international markets, and promoting our quality consulting services in the life sciences domain.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets (primarily US, EU, APAC, LATAM).
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in pharma and life science companies.
Pitch Ideolon's GxP quality services.
Conduct market research to identify trends, potential clients, and new service needs.
Manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to closing deals.
Prepare reports, forecasts, and strategies for global business expansion.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Pharma, Life Sciences, or related fields.
1.5 to 3 years of proven experience in international business development, preferably in the life sciences or pharma industry.
Strong understanding of GxP, QMS, regulatory norms, and pharma certifications is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple international time zones.
Proficiency in English; additional foreign languages are a plus.
Additional Information:
The selected candidates will be required to sign a 3 years bond as part of the employment agreement.
