Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in invoice processing to ensure all invoices are paid and recorded promptly and accurately.
  • Ability to perform account reconciliation with keen attention to detail to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Experience with accounts receivable to manage incoming payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Skills in accounts payable for managing and processing all company-related expenditures efficiently.
  • Familiarity with maintaining the general ledger and ensuring its accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Strong command of MS Excel to prepare financial reports and handle complex data analysis.
  • Understanding of financial reporting to summarize current financial statuses and inform business decisions.
  • Knowledge of budgeting to assist in preparing and managing budgets aligning with the company's strategic goals.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with all accounting standards and regulations.
  • Process invoices, cash receipts, and payments efficiently while resolving any associated issues or discrepancies.
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, including preparing balance sheets, income statements, and other reports.
  • Conduct regular account reconciliations for accurate reporting and ledger maintenance, ensuring discrepancies are resolved promptly.
  • Monitor the company's financial transactions and review accounting documents for appropriate documentation and approvals.
  • Support budgeting processes and financial forecasts in collaboration with senior accountants and management.
  • Contribute to the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely payment of taxes in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to drive process improvement initiatives and enhance financial workflows.
