Responsibilities:


•   Excellent communication in English.

•   Confident in making sales and speak to International Clients and make sales

•   Calling existing and potential clients to persuade them to purchase company products and services.

•   Accurately recording details of client’s details as per the process requirements.

•   Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

•   Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.

•   Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.

•   Having experience in sales based International Telecalling business for UK, US and Australian Campaign will be an advantage.
