Job Summary:
• We are seeking an analytical thinker to join our team as the Quality Analyst.
• This role requires a professional who can work resourcefully to assure quality of programs and systems.
• The Quality Analyst will work closely with the Sales Department to identify and remedy quality test processes.
Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular Call Audits
• Maintain working knowledge of Quality Standards
• Review and Assess the Quality of Calls
• Assure accuracy of Calls
• Develop and perform Quality Test Processes
• Participate in bi-weekly meetings with the Sales department
Job Eligibility:
• Minimum HS(Cls 12) qualified
• Storing oral communications required
• Good Advance Excel knowledge required
• Willingness to work
Working Hours:
• Monday to Saturday: 8:00a.m. - 6:00p.m.
