Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial records and ensure accurate bookkeeping using QuickBooks.
• Generate, process, and manage invoices for clients, consultants, and vendors.
• Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and manage accounts payable/receivable.
• Handle calls with US consultants to clarify financial transactions, invoicing, and tax-related concerns.
• Maintain general ledgers and ensure compliance with US accounting and tax regulations.
• Ensure proper classification of tax terms like W2, 1099, and C2C in financial records.
• Use advanced Excel functions for financial analysis, tracking, and budgeting.
• Work with ATS and other accounting tools to maintain consultant and client records.
• Assist in tax filings, audits, and financial compliance-related tasks.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Experience with QuickBooks (QB) Online & Desktop

✅ Proficiency in US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C, etc.)

✅ Strong experience in invoicing and accounts receivable/payable processes

✅ Excellent communication skills (especially in handling US consultants' calls)

✅ Knowledge of US accounting, bookkeeping, and financial regulations

✅ Ability to work independently and manage multiple financial tasks

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
