Position: Bancassurance Manager - Insurance Banca Channel

The Bancassurance Manager for the Insurance Banca Channel will be responsible for managing and growing the company's corporate agency business through the Banca channel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales, channel management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic plan to grow the corporate agency business through the Insurance Banca channel

• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, brokers, and other financial institutions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience and operational excellence

• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

• Recruit, train, and develop corporate agents to achieve business objectives • Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance

• Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to senior management and other stakeholders • Represent the company in a professional and positive manner to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance, Banking, Finance

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

• Proven ability to build and manage high-performance teams

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
