Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Visual Merchandiser to join our dynamic team at Lakhmi Chand Tejoo Mal in Delhi. This full-time position requires 1-3 years of work experience in visual merchandising. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will play a vital role in enhancing the aesthetic appeal of our store, utilizing creative techniques to attract customers and boost sales.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in visual merchandising or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year experience preferred.
• Exceptional skills in designing and implementing Point of Sale (POS) and marketing props for seasonal displays (Mandatory skill).
• Strong ability in product display to showcase highlighted collections effectively in-store (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in store layout planning to maximize space utilization and customer experience.
• Familiarity with coordinating outdoor and in-store marketing activities for brand promotion.
• Ability to manage visual merchandising tasks while supporting store sales staff in maintaining hygiene of sections.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with the sales and marketing teams seamlessly.
• Detail-oriented approach with a creative mindset to transform marketing concepts into visual reality.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create and implement visual merchandising plans that showcase our fashion products attractively.
• Design innovative and appealing window and in-store displays to draw customer attention.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to synchronize promotional campaigns with merchandising efforts.
• Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends to keep displays fresh and relevant.
• Work closely with store managers to ensure visual merchandizing techniques align with sales strategies.
• Develop a detailed plan for store layout to optimize consumer flow and maximize product exposure.
• Train store staff on effective merchandising techniques to maintain visual standards.
• Regularly review and adjust displays in response to seasonal changes or promotional events.
• All POS/Marketing Prop Designing and Implementation
• Train the Store Sales Staff in maintaining and creating VM of our SIS Section within the store at all times
• Guide the Store Sales Staff in maintaining Hygiene and Cleanliness of our SIS Section 
• Create a Look for each SIS within the Store which will give a Distinct Identity to the Brand within the Store.
