Job Overview

The Social Media Executive will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our social media presence within the fashion industry. This is a full-time position based in Delhi, targeted at junior-level professionals with 1 to 3 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for engaging our audience, executing social media strategies, and collaborating with influencers to expand our brand's reach.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in managing content on Instagram and Facebook is mandatory and will be closely examined during the selection process.
  • Maintaining an influencer database and campaign records is a mandatory skill required for this position.
  • Experience with fashion e-commerce is considered a mandatory skill for this role.
  • Coordinate influencer campaigns and timelines, ensuring all activities align with brand objectives and deadlines.
  • Support content ideation and develop creative briefs that resonate with our target audience and align with fashion trends.
  • Possess 2–3 years of social media experience, particularly in the fashion sector, demonstrating a track record of successful campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of influencer marketing and an acute awareness of current fashion trends is a must.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to boost brand presence on platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
  • Create engaging content that reflects the brand's ethos and resonates with our target audience.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers to promote our fashion line and manage relationships with them.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to refine and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintain and update influencer databases, and keep track of campaign records and outcomes.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends and algorithm changes to keep our online presence competitive.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure a cohesive brand message across all media channels.
  • Assist in planning and executing social media marketing events and initiatives to engage followers and drive brand loyalty.
