Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior HR Executive to join our dynamic team in Delhi. This is a full-time role ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably within the retail and fashion sector. The successful candidate will play an important role in HR operations, talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement.
Qualifications and Skills
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates (Mandatory skill).
- Proven expertise in onboarding new hires, ensuring seamless integration into the organization (Mandatory skill).
- Demonstrated experience in retail recruitment, especially in the fashion industry, is essential for this role (Mandatory skill).
- Sound knowledge of HR operations, policies, and procedures, supporting daily HR activities and compliance (Required skill).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including creating reports, maintaining data, and analyzing HR metrics (Required skill).
- Strong ability to plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive workplace (Required skill).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with employees and management at all levels.
- Attention to detail with outstanding organizational and multitasking capabilities to handle confidential information with integrity.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment for various positions with a focus on retail and fashion industry talent acquisition needs.
- Manage onboarding processes by coordinating with relevant departments to ensure a welcoming and efficient experience for new employees.
- Coordinate and maintain HR operations, such as attendance, leave records, and employee databases, using Excel for accurate reporting.
- Plan, organize, and implement employee engagement programs and activities to enhance morale and collaboration.
- Support HR policy implementation, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and statutory requirements.
- Address routine employee inquiries and provide administrative support to senior HR staff as needed.
- Assist with performance management procedures, training initiatives, and talent development programs as directed.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive employee data and documentation throughout all HR processes.
