Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team in Delhi. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring a work experience of 4 to 6 years. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in managing women's ethnic wear products and business development. As the Area Sales Manager, you will be crucial in expanding our market presence and ensuring optimal performance in our SIS sector.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in business development with a focus on women's ethnic wear products (Mandatory skill)
- Experience in monitoring the total working of the SIS section in the store (Mandatory skill)
- Expertise in ensuring all MIS reports are sent in time for timely decision-making
- Ability to guide counter sales staff effectively and maintain discipline amongst them
- Strong auditing skills to perform regular audits and maintain the accuracy of operations
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with different teams and enhance business operations
- Effective problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues promptly and efficiently
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets in the assigned region
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the SIS section, ensuring optimal performance and sales growth
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics, feedback, and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth
- Guide and train sales staff to maintain discipline, enhance product knowledge, and improve sales techniques
- Ensure timely submission of MIS and other relevant reports to support business decisions
- Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with company standards and identify areas for improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals
