Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Logistics & Supply Chain
Location: Mohali
Job Summary:
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals with 6 months to 3 years of experience in logistics, courier, or supply chain roles. As a Customer Support Executive – Logistics & Supply Chain, you will manage customer queries, coordinate with teams to ensure timely deliveries, and support the backend flow of goods and services through effective communication and system-based tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls and assist customers with:
- Logistics bookings, courier inquiries, and house shifting support
- Pricing and quote details for courier and bulk logistics services
- Track shipments and provide real-time updates to clients
- Handle delivery issues, returns, and escalate delays when needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with logistics partners and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in process improvements and suggest changes for better efficiency
Eligibility Criteria:
Experience Required:
- 6 Months to 3 years in:
- Customer support (voice process) for logistics or courier domains
- Supply chain or warehouse coordination roles
Education Qualification:
- Any graduate (Preferred: BBA/MBA/PG Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Shipping)
- Freshers with internships in relevant domains may also be considered
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and a regional language
- Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain processes
- Good typing speed (80 to 120 words in 120 seconds)
- Clear, fluent speaking ability for voice screening
- Team player with a proactive attitude
Training and Support:
- 4-day structured training provided by company covering logistics and supply chain workflows.
- Process-specific scripts will be provided to guide customer interactions and ensure consistency in support delivery.
