Position: Inbound Doctor's Appointment Process

Experience Required: 1+ years (Freshers with relevant healthcare knowledge are also encouraged to apply!)

Location: Mohali (Work from Office)

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Requirements:

Educational Background: Graduate in BSc, MSc, B Pharma, M Pharma, or a related field with a strong understanding of the healthcare/medical sector.

Communication Skills: Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Typing Speed: Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls for scheduling doctor's appointments, ensuring accurate and timely booking.

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Maintain and update appointment records in our system with precision.

Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrative staff to ensure seamless appointment scheduling.

Assist with administrative tasks related to the appointment process as needed.
