2) Sending Greeting mails to hr's mail id.

3) Calling hr's, asking jd.

4) After receiving jd, have to make poster and gform.

5) Circulating those posters and gform in group.

6) After collecting response, should check with candidates whether they can attend that 

interview .

7) After candidates attending, should get feedback from hr.
