Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Project Manager to ensure the successful coordination and completion of projects within scope, budget, and timelines. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Oversight:

  - Oversee all aspects of projects, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress.

  - Prepare reports for upper management regarding project status and key performance indicators.

2. Project Planning and Execution:

  - Assist in defining project scope and objectives in collaboration with internal stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility.

  - Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, task delegation, and timeline management.

  - Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.

  - Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with project requirements.

3. Stakeholder Management:

  - Manage relationships with clients and relevant stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations.

  - Conduct meetings with clients to gather project requirements and provide updates on progress.

  - Identify and address client needs, making adjustments to project constraints as necessary.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

  - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.

  - Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information for stakeholders.

5. Quality Assurance:

  - Monitor project performance to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

  - Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements, facilitating continuous improvement.

Requirements:

1. Experience and Skills:

  - 2-6 years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT services industry.

  - Experience with project management tools like Jira, Clickup (preferred)

  - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

  - Experience with QA processes and software testing is highly desirable.

  - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  - Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite.

2. Education:

  - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

  - Additional certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
