Sales Representative (Warm Leads Conversion)


Job Description

Tech Inject is expanding its franchise network and seeking a skilled Sales Representative to engage with potential clients and convert warm leads into successful franchise partnerships. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and Hindi, with a strong background in sales and lead conversion. This is a remote position, with a flexible work environment and the opportunity to play a key role in our growth.


Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month


Responsibilities:

  • Lead Conversion: Reach out to warm leads via phone, understand their needs, and present the franchise opportunity effectively to convert them into franchise owners.
  • Sales Communication: Communicate clearly and confidently in both English and Hindi to build rapport, answer questions, and handle objections.
  • CRM Management: Utilise our internal CRM tool to manage leads, track interactions, and update lead statuses.
  • Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with potential clients to nurture leads and close sales.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, conversion rates, and lead feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Customer Service: Ensure a positive experience for all prospects, providing them with necessary information and support during their decision-making process.


Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Hindi (both verbal and written).
  • Sales Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of lead conversion and customer engagement.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with an ability to influence and persuade potential clients.
  • CRM Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools to track, manage, and analyse lead data.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.


Good to Haves:

  • Experience in franchise sales or working with franchises.
  • Basic knowledge of lead nurturing techniques and customer relationship management.
