Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join

our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lead

generation, client acquisition, and sales strategy execution, with strong

communication and relationship-building skills. This role offers an exciting

opportunity to contribute to the growth of a forward-thinking tech company.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Identify, generate, and qualify leads using LinkedIn, Upwork, cold calls, and email campaigns.
  • Research and analyze target markets to uncover new opportunities.

Client Acquisition

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions from Tech Inject’s service portfolio.
  • Conduct presentations and demos that showcase the value of our solutions.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with deliverables.

Market Analysis & Reporting

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and market dynamics.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and actionable insights to management.

Networking & Branding

  • Represent Tech Inject at networking events, conferences, and client meetings to build the brand.
  • Nurture professional relationships within the industry.Requirements


Experience and Skills:

  • 2-4 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Technical understanding of solutions like eCommerce platforms, ERP systems, and custom software development.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to address client pain points with innovative solutions.


Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
