To assist the In charge in managing marketing, branding, lead generation and promotion related work thru different ways (Online, social media and others). Managing third parties related to this work.


2. Job Description and Roles Responsibilities for Digital Marketing

 I. Co-ordination with third party agencies as per instructions


a.     Online Posts and Branding related work

·      Product / Festival / Event posts

·      Festival posts

·      Facebook, twitter, instagram, Linked in and other social media campaigns and management

·      Ppc / Branding/ Re-Marketing campaign

·      News Creation


b.     Website related communication

·      Main Website

o  Content and Images Up-dation every year

o  Organic SEO

o  Key Words Based Micro Sites - 250 Nos

o  Making Phase wise Websites to target Countries

o  E-Commerce Website


c.      Tracking Performance and Monitoring Data Copying and Other Platforms

 Tracking Performance (Monthly Basis)

o  Keywords ranking thru Organic SEO, PPC, and other

o  Traffic Comparison

o  Change of keywords if needed

o  Inquiry Generation tracking and deriving cost per inquiry

o  And other parameters

·      To see for competitors if they are using our images or text and get them removed from their online pages/websites/portals

·      Removing free listings from indiamart and related platforms

·      Updating details on google maps and other online locations as required


d.     Campaigns to Run as per instructions

·    Whats app broadcasting

·    E-mail (Introduction E-mail. Product Campaign)

·    Print media

·    Region Specific Campaign

·    Industry Specific Campaign

Jointly working with Sales team for performance tracking and inquiry generation improvement. Reporting to In charge - Sales & Marketing


  1. Key Performance Factors

Core competencies

-         Very good Knowledge in using computer, browser and google

-         Good Communication Skills in English, Gujarati And Hindi

-         Basic Knowledge on Social media applications, SEO & Internet


5.     Qualifications

-         MBA (Marketing) or Minimum Experience of 2 Years in similar work

-         BE + MBA Marketing or BE with Marketing Experience of 2 years minimum

To create and handle in house, SEO, Designing Team of 3-5 People in coming 5 years to perform various tasks. May also Promote to handle AMC & Component division Independently
