Join us as a Business Development Manager in our Sales team to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact as a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for selling Complete IT (Hardware+Software) products and services while focusing on developing new acquisition accounts and expanding existing accounts.
You will (Key Responsibility Area):
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales of Infrastructure managed services, Cloud sales, Software Sales, Hardware Sales, and Security related product sales.
- Demonstrated experience in managing a team and achieving sales targets.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively to win deals.
- Specialization in penetrating competition accounts.
- Expertise in account management and revenue/profit stream expansion through up-selling and cross-selling.
- Strong personal network with CIO/CTO/CEOs.
- Track record of developing high-performance sales teams.
- Proficiency in using CRM or related tools.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and organizational abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills and self-discipline.
Desired Competencies:
- Takes full professional responsibility as a functional manager specialist and is accountable for decisions made.
- Capable of performing non-routine work, including strategic decision-making and large-scale method deployment.
- Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset, with problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Demonstrates extensive knowledge in their specific area and its utilization within the organization.
- Tolerant to ambiguity and open to change.
Measurement Criteria:
- Target revenue achievement.
- Customer satisfaction (C-Sat) and customer lifetime value.
- Brand positioning in customers' minds.
- Gross margin of won deals.
Here’s what we are looking for with this role:
Essential Requirements:
• Bachelors’ degree with 2-3 years of prior experience desired
• Excellent verbal and written communication essential.
• Direct Sales experience in Enterprise is highly desired
• Experience working within the cloud, CSP, enterprise software industry and knowledge of cloud / SaaS business models is preferred
• Ability to engage and influence C-level executives in end-customer organizations – including Government entities, Corporates and SMB.
• Intermediate understanding of the full range of products and services
• Previous experience in relationship selling
• Ability to identify how Our products and services align to customer needs
• Good understanding of computer technology
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Research skills, curiosity about business components
