Job Overview

TeachEdison is seeking a highly skilled Website Designer for a full-time, mid-level position located in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites. Your role is crucial in driving the look and feel of our online presence, ensuring exceptional user experience across our digital platforms.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Web Design, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, to create and maintain stylish and effective websites.
• Experience with User Experience Design (UED) to enhance the usability and satisfaction of user interactions.
• Ability to conduct UI/UX Design, focusing on the interaction between human users and everyday products and services.
• Capability in wireframing, creating basic design layouts to visualize and iterate website functionality and layout.
• Proficiency in branding to ensure consistent and cohesive visual identity across all digital platforms.
• Expertise in Figma for designing interface layouts, aiding in collaborative designing and prototyping (Mandatory skill).
• Experience using Webflow to build responsive websites without writing any code, enhancing production efficiency (Mandatory skill).
• Skills in Responsive Design to ensure websites work well on a variety of devices, providing consistent user experience (Mandatory skill).

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and implement aesthetically pleasing and functional websites, improving user engagement and satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to integrate visual design with technical requirements and constraints.
• Conduct regular research and testing to gather user feedback, enhancing design processes and user experiences.
• Maintain and update existing web properties, improving their design and functionality based on user feedback and analytics.
• Create and manage style guides to ensure brand consistency across all modal touchpoints and platforms.
• Translate complex ideas into user-friendly layouts and design elements, making them visually appealing and easy to use.
• Prototype navigation and user interface layouts to visualize the user journey and improve usability.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools, implementing new techniques for continuous design improvement.
