Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Website Designer to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore. This is a full-time position ideal for professionals with 1 to 3 years of experience in website design. The role requires proficiency in Webflow, responsive design, and wireframing as mandatory skills. The successful candidate will work closely with our education technology team to create intuitive and effective web experiences.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Webflow with a demonstrated portfolio of web design projects (Mandatory skill).
• Experience in creating responsive designs that work seamlessly across various devices (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in wireframing to map out the structure and flow of a website (Mandatory skill).
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS to build clean, maintainable code for effective web solutions.
• Proven experience in using Figma for designing and collaborating on design projects.
• Ability to prototype interactive web designs that align with user needs and business goals.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for design aesthetics and usability improvements.
• Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop user-friendly websites that deliver seamless user experiences.
• Create detailed wireframes and prototypes to illustrate user interface functionality and design concepts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency across all digital platforms.

• Analyze website performance data to identify areas for improvement and drive enhancements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members in the implementation of designs.
