Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Junior UX Writer for our Coimbatore location to craft intuitive and user-friendly content for our education technology solutions. This full-time role is aimed at candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. You will be responsible for ensuring clear, concise, and engaging user-centric content, contributing significantly to the user experience of our groundbreaking EdisonOS platform.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in UX writing with the ability to create clear and inspiring microcopy that guides users through digital interfaces (Mandatory skill).
• Strong user research skills to gather insights, understand user needs, and apply findings to enhance user experiences (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in information architecture to organize and present information in a structured and user-friendly manner (Mandatory skill).
• Content strategy experience to develop and manage content plans that align with project goals and user needs.
• Ability to create wireframes to visualize content layouts and enhance user interface designs.
• Experience in usability testing for evaluating product interactions and recommending optimal solutions.
• Proficiency in using design tools such as Figma for creating content designs and collaboration with design teams.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills to effectively convey content ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute UX writing strategies for various interfaces within the EdisonOS platform to improve user engagement and understanding.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to ensure content aligns with user interface designs and business objectives.
• Conduct user research to gather insights and continuously iterate content to address user needs and enhance their experience.
• Create and maintain information architecture that supports intuitive content navigation and access throughout our digital products.
• Participate in wireframing sessions to inform content placement and ensure seamless user interaction with digital interfaces.
• Analyze usability test results to refine content and deliver an optimal user experience based on data-driven insights.
• Produce clear, concise, and consistent content that adheres to style guides and enhances the overall product communication.
• Ensure that the content contributes to a coherent and seamless product narrative while supporting users' journey and communication goals.
