Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok)
• Create engaging content that reflects EdisonOS' brand voice and values
• Repurpose long-form content (podcasts, videos, blogs) into platform-specific social media posts
• Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to maximize reach and engagement
• Collaborate with internal team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals
• Every effort put into social media should branch out from marketing team and its goals
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on insights
• Always follow the content calendar and be consistent with posting contents
• Stay updated on test prep industry trends and competitive landscape

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing
• Proven track record of creating engaging social media content
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms
• Understanding of different social media platforms and their unique audiences
• Creative mindset with ability to think strategically about brand positioning
• Experience in education technology or test prep industry (preferred)
