We are seeking a driven and experienced Customer Education professional to join our team in Coimbatore. This is a full-time, mid-level position necessitating between 4 to 6 years of experience. The role focuses on enhancing the user's understanding and effective utilization of TeachEdison's products through impactful education strategies.

  • Proficiency in developing and managing a comprehensive knowledge base for advancing customer education.
  • Experience with customer onboarding processes to ensure smooth product adoption. (Mandatory skill)
  • Ability to create and deliver engaging product demonstrations tailored for diverse audiences. (Mandatory skill)
  • Competence in writing clear and concise support articles catering to user needs.
  • Expertise in producing instructional videos that facilitate easy learning.
  • Strong presentation skills to effectively convey educational content to customers.
  • Experience in delivering comprehensive training sessions and workshops for varied clients.
  • Deep understanding of knowledge management to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Create and manage educational content that enhances users' understanding of TeachEdison's product offerings.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to elucidate features and benefits.
  • Develop robust onboarding programs to facilitate new users' journey with our products.
  • Regularly update the knowledge base with the latest information and user guides.
  • Collaborate with the product team to ensure educational materials are aligned with the latest updates.
  • Provide timely support to address customer queries and training needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate training program outcomes to enhance their effectiveness continually.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback and proactively improve educational content.
