Responsibilities:

  • Support senior sales professionals in executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable MuleSoft solutions.
  • Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects within your assigned territory.
  • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity.
  • Assist with the preparation of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
  • Ensure follow-up with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, business needs, etc.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
  • Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly.
  • Report to the Manager with sales results.


Requirements:


  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in selling IT services or products, with knowledge of MuleSoft services being highly advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to persuade and communicate business value.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • High energy level with an assertive, confident attitude.
