About the Role

The ideal candidate will thrive in sourcing, screening, and onboarding skilled IT professionals to meet our U.S. clients’ requirements. This role demands excellent interpersonal skills, a comprehensive understanding of U.S. IT recruitment processes, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
• Conduct interviews to assess technical and communication skills aligned with client needs.
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
• Negotiate salaries, specializing in W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.
• Maintain a database of IT professionals while building long-term relationships.
• Collaborate closely with account managers and clients to understand job requirements.

Qualifications:

• Freshers:
• Education: B.Sc. (CS/IT), B.E./B.Tech. (CSE/IT/ECE)
• Strong communication skills and technical knowledge.
• Experienced Candidates:
• Knowledge of U.S. staffing and niche roles.
• Experience handling direct clients and C2C hiring preferred.
• Team management experience is a bonus.
