Job Overview
We are seeking a Deputy Manager for Media Buying to join our vibrant team located in Noida. This is a full-time position ideally suited for candidates with a maximum of 3 years of work experience. The role involves managing media buying strategies and collaborating closely with our team to deliver CPL, CPS based campaigns across the globe.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Google Ads (Mandatory skill) to manage and optimize online advertisement campaigns effectively.
- Experience in deploying Facebook Ads (Mandatory skill) for diversified audience engagement strategies.
- Expertise in Programmatic Buying (Mandatory skill) to ensure targeted and automated ad purchase systems.
- Strong skills in delivering CPS, CPL campaigns in India and international geos.
- Proven track record of delivering ROI from campaigns and will take care of overall campaign planning.
- Competency in using data analysis tools for evaluating the performance metrics and deriving actionable insights.
- Proven negotiation skills to achieve beneficial terms and cost-effective media buys with vendors and partners.
- Ability to optimize campaign performance to improve engagement, conversion rates, and ROI for our clients.

- Prepare and present detailed reports on media strategy outcomes to stakeholders for review and feedback.
- Foster a culture of learning and development within the media buying team through knowledge sharing and training.
