Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Affiliate head - App performance at Tapcrunch. The candidate will be responsible for managing team of 3-4 people and overseeing entire mobile delivery along with publisher relations (onboarding and management) to ensure successful campaign delivery.

Role Responsibility

• Candidate should have 5+ years of sound experience in mobile affiliate delivery for CPI/CPA vertical.
• Must have prior team handling experience.
• Develop and implement strategic affiliate onboarding plans to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Candidate should be able to bring in value and business on the table through existing industry relations.
• Experience in representing company in international events.
• Must have good contacts with Chinese and other international affiliates.
• Manage and optimize affiliate campaigns, including monitoring performance, analysing data, and making recommendations for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with program terms and conditions.
• Past experience of delivering Indian and International campaigns.
• Track and report on key metrics, such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and return on investment.
• Identify new affiliate opportunities and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and technology, to ensure alignment and campaign success.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in affiliate marketing.
