Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee the operational aspects of life insurance management, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to industry standards.
- Lead and inspire a team of professionals to drive sales and service targets, promoting a culture of high performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance revenue growth and expand market reach effectively.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring continued satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments to guide strategic decision-making and business planning.
- Design and execute business development plans to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achieve organizational goals.
Candidate must Have 12+3 Education.
Experience in Insurance Sales Prefered. Candidate can be from Banking and NBFC Sales Background.
