Roles & Responsibilities:    

*Ensuring complete compliance with the state authorities

*Investigating and rectifying any financial discrepancies

*Conducting internal and external audits

*Preparing budgets, annual reports and strategies

*Analysing the company’s financial systems and procedures

*Preventing or suggesting ways to stop any fraudulent activities

*Providing assistance with tax planning

*Maintaining proper accounting records

*Assessing financial risks and suggesting preventive measures

* Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEO

*Support the financial planning and analysis efforts

*Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits

*Prepare financial statements and reports

*Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions

*Manage relationships with banks

Requirements

* Certificated CA or accredited to a reputed institution

*Strong Finance based analytical skills

* 8 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant (CA) or proven work

experience at a Chartered Accountants workplace. 

*Male candidate is preferred

*Excellent communication skills

* Budget based on the experience
