Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time position located in multiple areas including Panchkula, Solan, Sirmaur, Chandigarh, Pinjaur, Parwanoo, and Mohali. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with the sales team to enhance efficiencies and drive sales activities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Mandatory skill) is crucial for managing daily tasks and documentation.
- Exceptional communication skills (Mandatory skill) to efficiently liaise with clients and internal teams.
- Strong team coordination (Mandatory skill) abilities to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Experience with CRM software to maintain and update client databases is required.
- Adept at data analysis to interpret sales metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining professional relationships.
- Skilled in documentation to accurately record customer interactions and sales activities.
- Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy and completeness of all sales documentation.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales team activities and ensure effective communication among team members.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain and update customer database information using CRM tools.
- Track sales leads and ensure prompt follow-up by the sales team.
- Analyze sales data and generate insights for sales team strategy adjustments.
