Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and assess purchasing needs
• Identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities and qualifications
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and favorable terms
• Monitor supplier performance and collaborate with suppliers to address any issues or concerns
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery information
• Stay up to date with industry trends and market conditions to inform purchasing decisions
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in the procurement function
