• More than 10 years of experience in US tax consulting and compliance
• Strong knowledge of US tax laws and regulations
• Proven track record of delivering results in tax planning and compliance
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Ability to provide strategic tax guidance and advice
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to effectively communicate complex tax concepts to non-tax professionals
• CPA or other relevant professional tax qualifications
• Experience with tax software and systems

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of US tax compliance and planning activities for the clients
• Stay updated on changes to US tax laws and regulations and ensure compliance
• Provide strategic tax guidance and advice to the team
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to optimize tax planning strategies
• Oversee the preparation of tax returns, including federal and state income tax returns
• Review and analyze financial data to identify tax planning opportunities and risks
• Manage relationships with external tax advisors and auditors
• Lead a large team of tax professionals
• Monitor tax legislation and regulations to anticipate potential impact on the company
• Advise on tax implications of business decisions and proposed transactions
