We are actively seeking talented recruiters who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at mass hiring. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top-tier talent for our KPO operations.


Key Qualifications: -

Proven experience in recruiting within the KPO industry, with a solid understanding of its unique requirements and dynamics. 

Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale recruitment initiatives, including mass hiring and bulk placements.

Deep knowledge of various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and industry networks.

Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software to streamline processes and ensure efficiency.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, while also independently managing recruitment assignments. 

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. 

A passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences and building strong talent pipelines.


Responsibilities: -

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

Proactively source and attract qualified candidates using a variety of channels, ensuring a diverse candidate pool. 

Screen and assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit through interviews and assessments. 

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview coordination, feedback collection, and offer negotiation. 

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing regular updates and ensuring a positive experience. 

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market insights, and recruitment best practices to continuously improve strategies. 

Collaborate with the HR team to onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
