We are seeking 2 to 3 years experienced and knowledgeable individual with a strong background in OPT US hiring. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successfully hiring OPT/H1B/GC candidates from various sources such as job portals, universities, and professional networks.

It is essential for the candidate to have an existing database of OPT candidates. 

Responsibilities: 

• Successfully attract and recruit OPT/H1 Transfer/ GC candidates for various technology training programs. 
• Utilize strong communication and convincing skills to effectively engage with candidates. 
• Coordinate the entire recruitment process, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate selection to on boarding. 
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of the current market technologies. 
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of tax terms and visa types. 
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with team members and consultants. 
• Address the consulting needs of a major client account. 
• Maintain an up-to-date and organized database of OPT/H1B/GC candidates.

• The candidate should possess leadership skills and be capable of leading and motivating a team. 
• Ability to mentor and train freshers as OPT/W2 recruiters.
