As an Agency Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of agents to meet sales targets and achieve business objectives. Qualifications and Skills


  • Proven experience as an Agency Manager or similar role in the insurance industry.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve targets.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Knowledge of agent hiring and field sales techniques.
  • Experience in insurance sales is highly desirable.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Lead and manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to meet business objectives and drive growth.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new agents, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Provide guidance and support to agents, addressing any issues or concerns and helping them maximize their potential.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities, making recommendations to enhance sales and business effectiveness.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on team performance, sales metrics, and market insights.
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to drive cross-functional initiatives and deliver exceptional results.
