Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive for Gurugram and Dubai Team located in Gurugram. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for daily tasks such as communication, customer service, lead generation and customer support. They will interact with potential customers, provide information about our services, generate leads, and assist in aligning sales meetings.


Roles and Responsibilities:


Strong communication and customer service skills

Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up

Experience in lead generation and customer support

Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers

Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers

Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills

Ability to work independently

1+ year experience in calling and real estate experience is a plus
