Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant to join our team at TalentFlow Services. This full-time position is located in South Delhi and is ideal for a professional with 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing our financial operations and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The position demands a deep understanding of accounting principles and the ability to apply them effectively within a dynamic HR services environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must have expertise in SAP ERP (Mandatory skill) to manage enterprise-wide financial processes effectively.
- Strong proficiency in tax analysis (Mandatory skill) to ensure accurate tax reporting and compliance.
- Experience in budget forecasting (Mandatory skill) to guide company financial planning and resource allocation.
- Proven ability in financial modeling to develop and analyze fiscal projections and valuation metrics.
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP compliance to ensure all financial reporting adheres to regulatory standards.
- Advanced skills in Excel, particularly in functions related to financial calculations and data analysis.
- Experience using QuickBooks for maintaining accurate financial records and transactions.
- Familiarity with SOX compliance to uphold standards for financial transparency and accountability.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting functions, including ledger management, reconciliation, and financial statement preparation.
- Lead the financial audits and work with external auditors to ensure all statements comply with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and report on financial performance by analyzing results, variances, and trends.
- Compile and present detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to leadership and stakeholders.
- Develop strategies to optimize cost structures and boost operational efficiency across financial operations.
- Ensure complete and accurate client invoices are generated and tracked promptly.
- Implement robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets and maintain financial integrity.
- Advise on investment activities and provide strategic recommendations relating to financial planning.
