We are currently seeking a Senior Model Booker to join our team in South Delhi. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 7 years and a maximum of 10 years of relevant work experience. We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and motivated Model Booker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of models, booking modeling jobs, and acting as the liaison between clients and talent. You will work closely with models, clients, and agents to ensure seamless communication and successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Model Representation: Represent and manage a roster of models, ensuring they are well-prepared for castings, photoshoots, and other job opportunities.
  • Booking Jobs: Act as the main point of contact for clients seeking models for various types of projects, including fashion shows, commercial shoots, catalog work, and advertising campaigns.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients such as fashion designers, photographers, stylists, and advertising agencies. Understand their needs to provide them with the best model recommendations.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Manage model schedules, coordinating casting calls, fittings, rehearsals, and travel arrangements. Ensure that models are on time and well-prepared for all assignments.
  • Negotiations: Handle contract negotiations, including model rates, terms, and job specifications. Ensure fair compensation for the models while meeting client budgets.
  • Marketing & Promotion: Actively promote the models to potential clients and casting directors by updating their portfolios and creating tailored marketing materials. Help the models build their personal brands.
  • Model Development: Provide guidance to new and existing models on professional development, such as posing, runway walking, grooming, and overall career advice.
  • Administrative Support: Keep accurate records of bookings, payments, contracts, and other relevant documentation. Ensure all legal and financial aspects of modeling engagements are handled efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 6 years of experience in a modeling agency or talent management environment. Experience in fashion or entertainment booking is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in office software and booking platforms.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the fashion and modeling industry.
  • Education: A degree in marketing, communications, business, fashion, or related fields is preferred, but not required.
