Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to oversee and execute our digital marketing strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing campaigns across multiple digital channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build and maintain a strong online presence, increase brand visibility, and drive online traffic to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development & Execution:
  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s business goals and objectives.
  • Create and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, paid media, etc.) to drive leads, traffic, and revenue.
  • SEO & SEM Management:
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
  • Oversee and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, display ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
  • Social Media Marketing:
  • Lead the creation, execution, and management of social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Engage with followers, monitor social conversations, and drive community-building initiatives.
  • Content Creation & Management:
  • Oversee content development for blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging and brand voice across all digital channels.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Monitor, track, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media analytics, etc.).
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization:
  • Implement strategies to generate leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
  • Work with the sales team to ensure effective conversion of digital leads into customers.
  • Budget Management:
  • Manage and allocate budgets for paid campaigns, ensuring cost-effective execution of campaigns and achieving measurable results.
  • Collaboration & Coordination:
  • Work with cross-functional teams (design, product, sales, etc.) to ensure cohesive messaging and a unified brand experience.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to manage digital advertising and media buys when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Experience in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Strong understanding of web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Insights, and other relevant platforms.
  • Skills:
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, SEMrush, Hootsuite, or similar.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimization strategies.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website design principles is a plus.
  • Education:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Personal Attributes:

  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
