Roles &amp Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in the General Insurance domain, especially Health Claims will be preferred.
• Knowledge of at least one Core Insurance System will be added advantage.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to explain technical information to non-IT and functional information to IT.
• Responsible for detailed solution review from a functional point of view, mentoring, and coaching the QA team.
• Capable of working with the test team to develop/ review test scripts.
• Review of test scenarios and test cases to ensure functional coverage of solution implementation.
• To handle a team of QA's and ensure that the tasks are accomplished before the timelines are set.
• Execute all test plans in a structured and controlled manner, document test results, and record and analyze any defects identified.
• Establish a QA team in the organization starting from Resource Boarding, Training & Appraisals.
• · Provided overall test management oversight from test scope management, and test approach to test control.

• Conducted work planning, estimation, and prioritization to optimize the performance of the test team.
• Establish Communication Plan, Risk, and mitigation proposals.
• Developing a detailed test execution schedule with daily plan targets.
• Produce test status reporting to IT Head & other stakeholders.
• Develop triage agenda and lead triage calls.
• Timely Coordination & strong follow-up with the stakeholders to close for deliverables.
• Users training and UAT support for delivered functionality.
• Should be strong in stakeholder management.
• Able to do impact analysis for change request implementation.
• Ability to make quick and informed decisions.
• Proficiency attained in Microsoft Excel.
• Providing necessary support to the QA team in planning.
• Ability to work in high-pressure environments and dynamic prioritizations.
• To develop test plans and procedures.
• To develop test data sets and test environments necessary for the execution of the said integration, system, and user acceptance test plans.
• To allocate tasks to the team and analysis of the tasks on regular basis.
• Ensure all QA activities are as per the set standards.
• To be one point of contact with the user for UAT.
• To solve technical issues of the user and ensure that all defects are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
• Attend review meetings and project the work done by the team members.
• Organize and conduct technical and functional training.
• Basic knowledge in SQL queries and SCRIPTING is ADDED PLUS
